These are the terms and conditions of Aston Health & Fitness Ltd on which we provide a service to customers through this website and with face to face communication.
These terms and conditions have been written to set out our responsibilities as a company and your rights as a customer of Aston Health and Fitness CIC.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before joining us and retain a copy for future reference.
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any custom made by our customers, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which the customer accepted when the you become a customer.
Otherwise, no alteration of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing between Aston Health and Fitness CIC and you (the customer).
Gym Membership
Customers of Aston Health and Fitness are not asked to sign a contract with us. If customers wish to not use our services then there is no fee to pay.
Any fee paid to Aston Health & Fitness is not refundable and if you wish to leave before your fee has not reached its due date, again there will be no refund made by us.
Physical items can be returned for a full refund if un-opened, un-used and in original packaging.
Any persons that wish to use our facility must complete a PARQ Form so we are confident the new member has no underlying conditions that can cause illness or injury. We will also require all new members to complete a registration form which will ask for your Name, Address, Date of Birth, Doctors information and Also Next of Kin.
This information will be stored and filed (please see the privacy policy)
Any members that do not wish to use our facility any longer are not required to pay any remaining monthly fee’s to us.
Every member or Client must take full responsibility for themselves during their visit to the gym.
Coaches at Aston Health and Fitness CIC are present to act during an emergency, give the best clear advise to assist your health and fitness journey and offer full support.
Payment for fitness classes, memberships or day/weekly passes can be made by any method shown in this website at the time you place your order.
We cannot offer a refund for any gym memberships and personal training unfortunately, unless an error was made by mistake when placing the order online.
Children’s Gym Use Rules
Children aged 6 or over are very welcome to use the fitness facility at The Whitfield Valley Centre with the understanding that adult supervision is needed throughout the whole duration of the child visiting the gym.
Responsibility Acceptance
Aston Health and Fitness DO NOT accept any responsibility for any harm or accidents that may occur during anybody’s visit to the gym.
Aston Health & Fitness CIC accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries if equipment and any hazardous area’s are poorly maintained.
All equipment is well maintained, safe and cleaned daily to a high standard and this is something we pride ourselves on.
All equipment is PAT Tested
The shower room is Legionnaire controlled
The cleaning of the gym is monitored and managed well.
The air conditioning unit is serviced regularly.
Aston Health and Fitness CIC are confident to invite families, children, the elderly and disabled people to use this facility to improve their health, fitness and social well-being.
Personal Training
Personal Training is charged at a flat rate of £120 per month.
This is not on a contracted basis.
If you are booked in with a Personal Trainer and do not Cancel 24hrs before the scheduled appointment with your coach, you will still be charged for this missed appointment.
Any discounted offers for Personal Training that have been agreed to between the coach and client and paid in full for an agreed duration is non-refundable.
A discounted long term package is created to benefit the client to ensure they continue to stay on their programme for the agreed time. If the client is too ill to continue their personal training, the package is then paused and the time can be extended until they are more able to continue.
We will refund the remaining amount if the client makes a complaint based on poor information that has resulted in injury or harm to the client. This is something that we work hard to ensure never happens. Safety of all clients is our number one priority.
Ordering from The Online Shop
The ordered goods will be delivered to the address entered by you on the on-line order.
Delivery is FREE and all orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed Delivery.
If you wish to return an item this will be at the cost of the customer.
All items sent by Aston Health & Fitness Ltd are checked time ensure the correct item has been dispatched to ensure the customer is happy with their purchase but on the occasion any error is made on our part, we will reimburse any return charges.
Payment for goods ordered can be made by any method shown in this website at the time you place your order. All payments are taken in pounds Sterling.
