Where is the gym? 
The Gym is located at The Whitfield Valley Centre, Fegg Hayes, Stoke on Trent, ST6 6QR. 

Im nervous about starting the gym, is it for me?

The gym has a range of members of various ages & abilities, you will find this gym is a friendly space where members come to work at their own pace or attend daily to simply maintain an active lifestyle and use as a place to socialise.

Are there any staff around to help me? I don't know much about using the gym.

Staff are always in the gym from opening until we close. So yes, there is always somebody about the help and advise you on your fitness journey.

Can Children use the Gym?

Children from the age of 6+ are very welcome to use the gym but an adult must always be around to fully supervise their child. We cannot take responsibility for any children unless they are left in our care during personal training sessions.

Is there any childcare on the premises where I can safely leave my child while I use the gym?
Yes, there is a creche on site and they only charge £1 per hour. To book your child a place in the creche  please contact the Whitfield valley centre on  01782 878843.

Is there anywhere I can have something to eat before or after I have used the gym?
Yes, there is a cafe in the centre that offer a wide range of hot and cold meals and drinks. Their opening times are 8.30am - 12pm.

Is there any parking?
Yes, there is Free parking available at the back of the building or we have disabled parking at the top of the centre on the small car park. Please display your badge.

Are the gym staff qualified? 

Yes, any staff who find work in our gym are fully qualified with a qualification of no lower than level 3 Personal Training, DBS Checked, First Aid Trained and Insured.

How do I sign up? 

You can register online for free then whenever you're ready to begin your exercise journey with us, just call in and we will run you through an induction where we will demonstrate how to safely use the equipment, explain what exercises are best for your specific goal and you can answer any questions you may have.

- Please note an induction will go ahead once you have signed up and paid your membership fee.
