1 Month Personal Training - Gold Package

The Gold Package: £120 Per month

This package will offer the client face to face personal training in our fitness facility which comes with all the motivation the client may need to ensure they complete each workout effectively and more importantly with great technique. Each client will follow a fitness programme that is suited to their own personal goal, follow a nutrition plan and all measurements are recorded and repeated every four weeks plus a weekly weigh in before their personal training session. 

- Please note that all packages include the cost of full membership of the gym and there are no extra costs involved.
