Ladies Beginners 6 Week Bootcamp
Christmas BOOTCAMP STARTS on;

An introductory bootcamp for anybody who has low confidence, low ability and low fitness levels.
- A bookable 20 minute consultation before and after the bootcamp will give you the opportunity to meet your coaches who will take your measurements, weight and photographs (all optional)
- Highly Qualified Coaches
- Food Planner and Fitness Programme to cover the 6 weeks
- Food Planner to support the menopause and decrease symptoms of 'brain fog' - improved symptoms have been reported on our bootcamp and this partly due to the <span style="caret-color: rgb(85, 57, 130);">physical</span> activity and nutrition you will be consuming
- Free Unlimited Gym for 6 weeks
- Full support in the WhatsApp Group
- Friendly atmosphere with no big ego's
- Group PT's are Monday and Thursday Evenings at 7pm - 8pm
Group PT sessions involve a mix of circuit training, cardio, abdominal work and boxing fitness. We aim to make our sessions fun with no pressure but there is always plenty of gentle encouragement from the Coaches.
We understand that many of the Ladies that take part in our bootcamps are new to fitness, are starting back after a long break, struggle with a lack confidence or may even have health conditions or going through the menopause... and all issues can become a barrier to exercise.

Purchase your 6 week bootcamp online or you can pop in to the gym to pay cash and save £5 and to pay just 50% deposit.
The cost is £80 if you choose to pay cash in the gym or £85 if you pay online to cover fee's.
If you pay online, we will be in touch around 1 week before the bootcamp begins to arrange your weigh-in which is normally on the Saturday before the starting date (or on the Monday if you're unavailable on the Saturday).
Each appointment should not last longer than 20 minutes.
Please Note: when you arrive for your initial pre-bootcamp appointment, this will be when your full payment will be required if you paid a deposit only.
