A fitness programme is a plan of exercises you will follow over a period of time that will ensure you reach your goal.
You will receive a programme that covers 4 weeks of your gym workouts.
You will have a face to face consultation and talk about your goals and what you want from your training, your plan will then be written up and you will be contacted when your plan is ready. Normally with 3 days.
During the consultation you can be weighed and measured if you wish, so we can re-check these at the end of your programme.
